I offer rewards, as a thank you,
for my customer's service requests and referrals. When an existing customer refers someone
that requests service from me, their name is pooled for a weekly random drawing
for a gift card to Wal-mart, Target, Office Max, Office Depot, Best Buy, Comp
USA or Fry's. A random drawing is pulled monthly for one serviced customer to receive a
useful technical gift that will add onto your business, such as a computer,
backup system, UPS, protection software, etc.
